Jim is the founder and CEO of Online Convergence. Prior to Online Convergence, Jim was the Founder and CEO of Matrix Communications. Jim also donates a considerable amount of his time and resources to improving the educational opportunities of poor and at-risk children and addressing the issues of climate change. Jim is a graduate of Boston College and lives in the Boston area with his wife and their three children.
VP, Operations & Marketing
Ken leads the business operations and marketing teams for the company, and has been involved in building Online Convergence since its inception. Prior to Online Convergence, Ken co-founded an online marketing company, which he ran for six years. Ken was responsible for all the company’s revenue and was integral in developing the company's online advertising strategy. Prior to starting his own company, Ken held several key business operations and business development positions with the marketing firm LifeMinders, Inc. Ken has also held senior sales and marketing positions in the software and services marketplace for organizations such as Ceridian Employer Services and Versyss, Inc. Ken graduated from Boston College.
EVP, Product & Creative
Eric leads product innovation and creative development for Online Convergence. He brings deep expertise in e-commerce, online and offline marketing, user-experience design, and partnership development. Having held several leadership roles in loyalty and experiential companies such as National Leisure Group, Circles, Inside Sports & Entertainment group (all private and ultimately acquired), Eric is an entrepreneur at heart. When Eric’s not building a team or brand, he’s a fanatical home improvement DIY guy, and an outdoor adventure enthusiast. He lives in the Boston area with his wife and their two wildly entertaining young boys.
