Jim is the founder and CEO of Online Convergence. Prior to Online Convergence, Jim was the Founder and CEO of Matrix Communications. Jim also donates a considerable amount of his time and resources to improving the educational opportunities of poor and at-risk children and addressing the issues of climate change. Jim is a graduate of Boston College and lives in the Boston area with his wife and their three children.
VP, Operations & Marketing
Ken leads business operations and acquisition for Online Convergence, and has been involved in building the Company since its inception. Prior to Online Convergence, Ken co-founded Addictive Marketing Inc., an online marketing company he ran for six years. Prior to starting AMI, Ken was Vice President of Business Development at LifeMinders, Inc. Ken graduated from Boston College.
EVP, Product & Creative
Eric overseas product, creative and technology for Online Convergence. He brings deep expertise in online and offline marketing, e-commerce, user-experience design, and partnership development. Eric has held several leadership roles in loyalty and experiential companies such as National Leisure Group, Circles, and Inside Sports & Entertainment group (all private and ultimately acquired). An entrepreneur at heart, Eric lives in the Boston area with his wife and their two wildly entertaining boys.
